Changes to dashboard update frequency over the festive period
Some of the metrics will be updated on Wednesday 24 December at 2pm. The dashboard will not be updated the following week commencing Monday 29 December. Normal updates will resume for all metrics in the new year on Thursday 8 January at 4pm. More info.

Mpox

Mpox is an infectious disease caused by the MPXV virus. Historically, mpox was known to occasionally pass on from infected animals to humans, with humans sometimes passing it on to other people that they had close contact with. Since May 2022, cases of human mpox have been reported in multiple countries that have not previously had MPXV detected in animal or human populations.
