Transfusion safety data added

Data showing investigated and confirmed Transfusion Transmitted Infections (TTI) is now available on the UKHSA data dashboard.

This includes both the number of transfusion episodes investigated, as well as laboratory-confirmed bacterial and non-bacterial infections. More information can be found in the metrics documentation.

The data helps inform and assess policies that protect people who receive blood transfusions.
