Entry description: Data showing investigated and confirmed Transfusion Transmitted Infections (TTI) is now available on the UKHSA data dashboard.
This includes both the number of transfusion episodes investigated, as well as laboratory-confirmed bacterial and non-bacterial infections. More information can be found in the metrics documentation.
The data helps inform and assess policies that protect people who receive blood transfusions.
